Couples Reclaiming Connection

Many of us want to feel cherished by our partner, yet it can feel like there is more "bad" than "good" in our relationship.  We may feel hurt or angry.  We may feel lonely.  We may feel it will never be different, even though we truly want to feel that emotional and physical intimacy we once had. I will help you understand why each person acts the way they do, which can often help couples come together and reclaim the loving relationship they once had. I have experience supporting all kinds of couples, including LGBTQ+ relationships.

These are challenging times! Our current events and new demands - including working and schooling at home - can cause stress that shine a light on the cracks in the foundation of any relationship. It can feel like everything is falling apart, but it doesn't mean you're not good for each other. I will help you understand how current stressors are negatively affecting your relationship and what to do about them so you can remember the good parts of your relationship, feel better, and continue to grow together.

More Empowered Parenting

Children need the guidance of adults who care deeply for them, and parenting can be tough.  Each age and stage brings unique opportunities for parents to do so.  I will work with you to understand why some of these challenges are so difficult, and give you tools that will help empower you to be the parent you want to be, more of the time,

Certain situations can make parenting even more challenging, among them are:

Co-parenting
Parenting after separation or divorce can be a rocky road for parents and children.

Parenting challenging children
Parents of children with special needs and/or mental health challenges have greater stress th
an other parents.
Doesn't sound like you...?
